We at ADHD House do not accept return unless for quality issues. For exchanges, please contact us via email and we will be sending you an exchange request. All returns are governed by our Return Policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, provided the item has not yet begun the packing or shipping process. This time typically would be within two business days of your order.
When will I receive my order?
Upon completion of your purchase, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. This e-mail will act as your invoice and include your order number.
Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. Shipping may vary depending on the products you order. Generally, the item would arrive within 14 business days unless otherwise noted under the item description. Please understand that some unique items are handcrafted and require additional one to two weeks of lead time. However, during high-volume periods, we might require a bit more time to process your orders.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
